What is the situation of the Orthodox Church in Poland?: Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church is the 2nd largest religious body in Poland (after the Catholic Church), despite the major losses it suffered during WWII and after. Who can become a real estate owner?: Reported by one of our American members (2022): Poland property: difficult to obtain right to by for a non citizen or at least not a 5-year/permanent resident. No legal possibility of agriculture land ownership for non citizen (makes sense, to keep big ag. corps from eating the country, but still makes it difficult).

Is home education legal in Poland?: Yes.
Do I need to have a teacher's diploma to educate my own children?: No.
Does the child need to be affiliated with any school?: Yes. It can be a private or a public school. This school will then conduct the exams 1-2 times per year. At the end of each year it will issue a certificate of the year completion (with grades).
Do I need to follow any particular curriculum?: Yes, the Polish one. You will have to learn Polish. (TODO: is Polish language really a legal requirement?) (TODO: what about international schools?...)
